Justin Lamar Carter is a director and cinematographer working in
documentary, commercial and narrative film.
Previously he served in the U.S. Navy as a hospital corpsman
and studied at Howard University and the University of Maryland
Global Campus.
He lives in Baltimore, MD with his wife and son.
